A former member of the Nation of Islam has come forward and claimed that Amir Muhammad, a long time suspect in the murder of Notorious B.I.G., confessed that he was the gunman who killed the rapper in March of 1997. A man named Clayton Hill told HipHopDx.com that he took possession of a semi-automatic handgun from a man who introduced himself to as Dawoud Muhammad. According to Hill, Dawoud Muhammed was really Amir Muhammad. He stated that he was on the run for the murder of B.I.G. Hill claims that he took possession of the murder weapon that was used to kill the rapper and sent it back to the Nation's headquarters in Chicago. Hill makes the allegations and upcoming E–book titled “Diary of an Ex-Terrorist.” A high ranking official with the Nation of Islam dismissed the allegations to AllHipHop.com, but an official response has yet to be issued.
